The Veteran Fair is a collaborative effort by local community partners. This is a new type of event that was developed due to the need for increased networking between Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) that will take a localized and boots on the ground approach to engaging the veteran community of East Tennessee.
We have brought together over 50 VSOs for the first time. Each VSO will focus on addressing different aspects of veteran life, from health services to peer groups and social clubs.
The neighboring conference room will host informational panels throughout the day on topics impacting the veteran community and presentations by veteran guest speakers.
